In today’s complex and fast-paced world, it doesn’t matter how much you know, how much you can do, or how well you are able to think on your feet. Your success is more about who you are than what you know.
Real estate professionals recognize the importance of creating a distinctive image for themselves, their company and the properties they represent. This is especially true in today’s real estate brokerage market where images are paramount to success.
In today’s complex and fast-paced world, it doesn’t matter how much you know, how much you can do or how well you are able to think on your feet. Your success is more about who you are than what you know. Your key to success comes from your ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly.
This is what I mean by “real estate brochure: Creating a distinct image for yourself, your company and the properties that represent them. It’s not about having all the answers; it’s about being honest and forthright in your presentation of yourself and your company to potential buyers and clients alike.
It’s also important to remember that no one has all the answers; so don’t settle for anything less than excellence in all of your marketing efforts!

There is a lot of information available on the Internet in regards to how to create a distinctive real estate brochure. Here is part of what I found:
Creating a distinct personality, or brand, for your business is one of the most important aspects of marketing your business and promoting it. A strong identity, with an emphasis on the services you provide, can help give your business credibility and authority. Also, there is a difference between having a good focus on service and being just like everyone else — which some companies do.
I really like this quote from Dan Goleman, author and director of research at the Center for Emotional Intelligence: “We’ve all heard that image is everything — but have you ever thought about what it takes to make that image happen?”
If you are serious about making a lasting impression on your target market with your real estate brochure, here are some things that I think should be considered when creating your brochure:
1) What type of Real Estate Professionals are you targeting? If you are targeting generalists or professionals who do multiple types of Real Estate work (of which there are many types), then make sure that each element in the brochure reflects this type—for example, placeholders for different areas or services include these elements: Using specialized technology; using advanced analytical software; investing in information technology; using electronic records and databases; etc…
2) The design of the brochure should reflect the specific services that you offer. For example, if you specialize in residential properties , then make sure that each section reflects this specialization (i.e., “Residential Real Estate”) as well as businesses (i.e., “Commercial Real Estate”) . The sections may even be clearly labeled as such so clients can easily find them on their computer when visiting your website/website directory service.
3) The color scheme used should reflect what type of Real Estate Professionals you target (for example, residential versus commercial real estate). Just like commercial properties generally have blue backgrounds in order to differentiate them from high-value general offices , residential properties will also want to use similar colors — perhaps a shade darker than their surroundings so they stand out from the rest of their neighbors .
4) Having different types of text for each section will help clients differentiate among them . For example , if I was selling high-end independent real estate agents’ services , I would have different text for each section (such as “Independent” vs.”Business”

What is their price range? What is their target audience? How they can be approached? What other solutions are available to them? These are all important questions that need to be considered in order to create a distinctive brand image for your company.

White provides balance since it is used both as an accent color against darker backgrounds as well as its own background color itself against lighter ones (e.g., text).
